Kate ~ Camomile

Talking about me. It's harder than you think.
I may think I know everything about myself, but every now and then I find out something else about me that I hadn't thought of. Its like piecing together a puzzle. But I know someone who knows me better than even myself. God. And everyday I strive to see myself through His eyes. ( Wise words from Jenny and Tyler - look them up). God is the essence of my being. His love still confounds me. I see it everywhere around me. Life for me is one big roaring river, heading towards living out His word and giving my life to Him. And everything else I do is a meandering stream, a bubbling spring, a rivulet, gravitating towards the river.

2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,”  made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. 10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11 For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body. 12 So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.

For Jesus Christ to be revealed in me, that is what I strive for.
But if you want to know what flows in the streams and rivulets, what I love, I will tell you: glorious mucic; country , acoustic , cooking for friends and family, crafting and making things from anything I can find, my amazing friends (the bright beacons that God has put all around me), laughs (hysterical ones preferably), quotes from movies, art, a warm bed, travelling, hot chocolate, the warmth of the sun,  science; for through all the intricacies of the physical world, God is truly revealed to me in all His magnificence. The list goes on... I hope I can continue to share with you what I love in life.
